JOB SUMMARY
- Prepare and analyze required financial information to support Senior Director – Finance Operations ANZP for monthly performance review calls and adhere to deadlines submission to APEC office.
- Work with concerned departments in relation to MI receivables related matters.
- Review monthly MI receivables and coordinate collection time table with hotel’s Finance Leaders.
- Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures.
- Communicate regularly with hotel’s Finance Leaders on finance related matters to ensure consistent compliance with corporate policy.
- Work closely with hotel’s Finance Leaders during monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Highlight the variance on budget versus actual result on regular basis and suggest/implement action plan to ensure budget/forecast is met.
