Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to supervise team performance, provide coaching, empowerment, and support staff development, as well as take disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Capable of analyzing and overseeing financial matters, identifying solutions to problems, and making managerial decisions.
- Establishes effective communication with management, the team, external auditors, vendors, and other external parties.
- Responsible for the accuracy of financial reports and other analytical reports from the accounting department.
- Develops and implements improvement plans to increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance in the hospitality industry; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are preferred.
