Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare and review monthly financial and management reports
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team
- Provide financial insights to support sales and operations decisions
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners
- Travel to other business units as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with FMCG experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
