Job Description
- Take ownership of management accounting and financial performance analysis across the division
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Oversee balance sheet integrity and ensure strong financial controls
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency
- Play a key role in finance systems optimisation and ERP initiatives
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within finance processes
- Contribute to reporting transformation using tools such as Power BI and advanced analytics
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 finance staff
- Partner with operational teams to improve decisionâmaking and reporting outputs
- Support property, OPEX, and fixed asset oversight functions
