Finance Manager (M&E/Construction Industry)
We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance operations, reporting, compliance, and project costing within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts and financial reporting
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Monitor project costing and revenue recognition
- Ensure timely GST, tax, and statutory submissions
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external parties
- Lead and support the finance team
- Support financial analysis and process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
- Prior experience in construction industry is preferred
