Education & Knowledge
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Must be a CPA.
Experience
- At least five years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
- Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years.
- Preferably with business acumen in real estate and construction industry.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of Systems & Regulations
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
