Job Description
Role: Finance Manager - Financial Reporting
Setup: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH), Dayshift
Location: Quezon City
What you'll be doing:
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
- Oversee preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements across all entities
- Conduct variance analysis, financial statement reviews, and validation of supporting schedules
- Manage consolidation activities including intercompany eliminations and account reconciliations
- Ensure consistent application of PFRS/IFRS across all reporting entities
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit matters
- Strengthen internal controls and uphold financial governance standards
- Guide and develop junior team members in reporting and consolidation work
