- Monthly Accounts Consolidation – Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for management and key stakeholders.
- Audit & Tax Compliance – Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all entities within the group adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Financial Reporting & Review – Deliver accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in both English and Mandarin.
- Cross-Border Coordination – Act as a key liaison between management and external stakeholders across Singapore and China.
- Team Management – Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate month‑end closing for both Singapore and China entities.
