Job Description Monthly Accounts Consolidation -
Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for management and key stakeholders.
Audit & Tax Compliance
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all entities within the group adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Financial Reporting & Review
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in both English and Mandarin.
Cross-Border Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between management and external stakeholders across Singapore and China.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing for both Singapore and China entities.
Conflict Resolution
- Proactively identify and resolve operational or team-related issues to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
