Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager owns statutory compliance and financial reporting in Japan, supports the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and leads a finance team. This role includes people management responsibilities and requires the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. Compliance & Statutory Reporting
- Take full ownership of compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements, including invoicing systems, Consumption Tax, Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, and other applicable laws
- Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of all statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
