2)Payment & Cash Management
- Review and verify payment documentsprepared by subordinates prior to submission for approval and authorizedsignatories.
- Act as an online banking authorizerfor assigned companies and banking platforms.
- Monitor cash flow positions andensure adequate funding for operational requirements
3)Property Management/Investment Oversight
- Lead and manage the day-to-dayfinance operations of the subsidiary companies under the portfolio toensure smooth workflow and timely reporting.
- Monitor rental collections, servicecharges, operating expenses, and related financial performance.
- Ensure accurate accounting andreporting for Joint Management Body (JMB) accounts and related matters.
