Finance Manager/ Manager Internal Controls & Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the internal control environment in Celestica Thailand. This role ensures that all financial processes are compliant with company policies. Further this role acts as liaison between plant operations and corporate internal audit, ensuring that operational risks do not lead to financial misstatements and follow effective and on-time implementation of all corrective mitigating plans. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal controls & Compliance Process documentation & Flowchart Maintenance: Assure that all critical finance process is documented (by process owners) and understood by respective stakeholders
    Regularly review all tax related workstreams (direct, indirect tax, T/P) considering the changes in business environment and Celestica operation model to assure the quality of the calculation, robust revie...
