Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze P&L across a large retail network, driving insights and performance improvement.
- Conduct detailed GL analysis and ensure strong adherence to accounting principles
- Identify financial variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Partner closely with store operations teams for real-time problem-solving and decision support.
- Execute and oversee critical month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Interpret and validate accounting treatment for complex transactions in line with IND AS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage audit requirements and queries, ensuring well-prepared schedules, strong documentation, and smooth closure cycles.
