Overview
HireResolve has partnered with a leading FMCG company based in KZN, which is looking for a dynamic and business-minded Finance Manager to join their team at the Newcastle location.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ hands‑on experience in a production environment with an aptitude for systems and automation.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting
- Bill of materials (BOM), product costing and margin management
- Oversee procurement of raw materials
- Manage import of raw materials, forex and customs clearance
- Stock control (raw materials and finished goods), including returns and credits
- Waste reporting and analysis (preforms, syrup, raw material usage vs BOM)
- Logistics and warehousing costs, develop cost to serve model (Transnova)
- Pallet stock management
- Salaries and wages (Payspace)
- Fixed asset management on site
