Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of 3, including AP&AR Assistant, Payroll Manager and Cashbook Clerk.
Embedding Processes : Establish and embed robust financial processes and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
External Stakeholder Management: Build and develop relationships with key suppliers, customers and service providers.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with the FBPs, collaborating on monthly reporting and project work, FP&A function, through reporting on trends, one-off items and Operational Teams
