Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Perform month-end and year-end closing independently
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Liaise with auditors and external service providers
- Support audit process and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor cash flow and basic budgeting
- Ensure accurate records and internal controls
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Handle high volume transactions within tight timelines
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in handling full set of accounts
- Able to perform closing independently
- Familiar with Singapore accounting standards
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
