Job Responsibilities 1、Financial Statement Management -Organize the preparation of the company's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. -Cooperate with auditing firms to complete audit-related work and ensure financial compliance. 2、Budgeting & Forecasting -Lead the annual budgeting process, formulate budgets and operating cost plans, and conduct monthly rolling forecasts. -Analyze budget execution, identify variances and provide optimization recommendations. 3、KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis-Establish and maintain a tracking mechanism for key business indicators (KPIs) to support target management for business departments. -Provide financial analysis reports for each business line/product line to drive data-driven decisions. 4、Funds & Cost Control -Monitor the company's daily cash flow and fund management, optimize capital efficiency. -Track departmental expenses, promote cost control and efficiency improveme...
