Job Description
Preferred Experience and Character Attributes
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a regional or multinational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and committed to continuous process improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
