Main purpose of this role: Heading up the Finance Department and ensuring the professional management and automation of the financial administration of TSIBA group of companies, financial integrity of financial processes, and credibility with all stakeholders, as well as legal and statutory compliance of the TSIBA group of companies.

Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities:

1. KPA 1: Strategic Financial Management (35%)
   • Build an efficient technical financial system that is sound and has integrity, protecting the staff and guiding the executives.
   • Identify, create, and amend financial policies and procedures, including the ratification process.
   • Financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with TSIBA’s goals.
