RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements.
EnablesMonthly MISwith detailed analyses in a time bound manner.
Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities andMonthly Book closure .
HandlingDirect and Indirect Taxesand liaising with the Tax consultant.
Key Team member to Handle theBudgetingActivity for the Entity.
Handle Quarterly & Year EndStatutory Audits .
UsesAccounting software to record transactions& Ensures compliances with applicable GAAP.
Provide periodic assistance withplant-related commercial operations, Bankingandinsurancematters.
Liaising with the Legal Consultants andensure complianceswith all applicable laws in Mexico.
LeadingProcess Automationfor the areas responsible.
Assists Financial controllerfrom time to time.
