Assist the Accounts Payable team with:
Ensure invoices and delivery dockets are being matched with corresponding approved purchase order and have adequate authorisation. Ensure correct General Ledger codes are consistently being used and recorded on all invoices. Ensure payment runs are performed on a timely basis in line with agreed credit terms. Prepare payment runs for approval and attach all supporting documentation and present to the Director of Finance and General Manager.
