Reporting to the Finance Manager and senior leadership team, this role provides financial and administrative support across the organisation with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and cashflow management
- Processing payment runs and managing recurring business payments
- Preparing journals, prepayments, and month-end reconciliations
- Managing supplier payments and supporting international transactions
- Monitoring foreign currency accounts and updating pricing information
- Reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining asset registers and financial records
- Assisting with management reporting, budgeting, and profit and loss reporting
