Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
• Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.
• Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
