Job Description

RMS Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Finance Officer to join a busy team based with a client in Shildon on an ongoing temporary basis. This is for an immediate start. 

Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Role (Approx. 8 Weeks)
Working Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 8:30AM – 4:30PM and Wednesday: 8:30AM – 12:30PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Managing payroll duties

  • Using SAGE 50 for finance administration tasks

  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records

  • Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day administration

    • About You:

  • Previous experience in a Finance Officer or similar finance role

  • Strong working knowledge of SAGE 50

  • Experience processing payroll and invoices
