RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will be to process payments to Ticketmelon’s merchants–event organizers who sell tickets on Ticketmelon’s platform. You will also be handling refunds to ticket buyers to these events when the needs arise. You will work closely with both the Account Management team to service our event organizers and with the Accounting and Finance team to provide necessary and timely data for them so that the company has accurate corporate accounting with regards to payouts and refunds.
● Process payments from Ticketmelon system to event organizers (payouts) for their ticket sales, with correct deductions of all applicable fees and expenses
● Process refunds to ticket buyers for canceled or postponed events, with correct deductions of all applicable fees and expenses
