Finance Operations Assistant (AAT Trainee) - Wrexham
Salary:Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the Finance Operations Assistant will provide processing and administrative support to the Finance function of the Bank.
You will support with a broad range of finance activities including bank reconciliations, invoice processing, accounting administration, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals to develop your accounting knowledge and gain practical experience within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of cash movements and business account balances.
- Support the investigation and resolution of unreconciled transactions and suspense account items.
