We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, payroll processing, and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance activities
