We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, payroll processing, and collections.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process vendor payments and customer invoicing
Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance activities
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment reports
Support monthly closing and reporting activities
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related operations
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation
