Responsibility Asset Management & Financial Operations
- Manage and maintain the Technology Group's asset register, ensuring accurate tracking, classification, depreciation, and compliance with accounting policies.
- Oversee asset lifecycle operations including procurement, registration, transfers, disposals, write-offs, stock takes, inspections, and asset tagging.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice processing, billing, collections, and vendor payment coordination.
- Support financial year-end closing activities including accrual management, depreciation completion, and audit preparation.
- Prepare financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking for management decision-making.
