Proven expertise in leading operations within global shared services and BPO environments, with a focus on:
- Managing large, multi-country teams of 1,000+ employees
- Overseeing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Accounting (GA)
- Driving smooth process transitions and operational stabilization
- Delivering high-quality service performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and SLA compliance
