Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Finance Operations & Accounting
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay processes;
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, accounts payable and cash management activities;
- Ensure accurate monthly and annual closing processes under Brazilian GAAP and global standards;
- Manage reconciliations, financial reporting and vendor management activities;
- Support and stabilize finance operations after SAP implementation.
- Governance, Compliance & Controls
- Ensure full compliance with Brazilian statutory, tax and regulatory obligations;
- Coordinate internal and external audits;
- Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to finance policies;
