Finance Specialist
Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines
We are hiring a Specialist II, Record to Report to drive efficient General Ledger processes. You will manage bank reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset accounting, accruals, prepayments, and other month‑end activities. You will also provide financial uploads, statements, and other GL reports, and collaborate with internal and external customers to identify operational improvements and deliver excellent financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in general accounting, with a majority in General Ledger activities such as bank reconciliation, balance‑sheet reconciliation, fixed assets, and audit support.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and GAAP.
