Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Monitor daily financial operations and ensure timely processing of payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax filings
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial concerns and discrepancies
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review
- Maintain organized filing and documentation of accounting records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Strong academic background with consistent scholastic performance preferred
