**Objectives of the Position**
+ Act as a key contact window for fixed assets
+ Perform the key account reconciliation: GRIR / Cash advance deposit / Freight TM accruals and clearance
**Main Tasks**
+ Act as the key contact and process owner for long-term assets for Shanghai CCE LEs, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets and support the quarterly/annual financial statement disclosure related to long-term assets.
+ Manage the full-cycle accounting for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, internal transfer and period-end closing activities.
+ Coordinate and execute the annual physical count-on for fixed assets.
+ Serve as the system owner of Global Leasing Center (GLC), ensuring all lease accounting is fully compliant with IFRS 16 and corporate requirement.
