Our client is looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial decision-making across the business.This role is ideal for a finance professional who has completed articles and gained post-articles experience within a retail or manufacturing environment. Exposure to foreign exchange transactions and cross-border financial activities will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly accounting and financial reporting processes
- Manage SARS submissions and taxation compliance
- Review reconciliations and financial records
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Support external audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Monitor and report on foreign exchange transactions
