Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry
- Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior finance professionals
- Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
