Job Description
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in regulatory compliance (BIR/Processing of Business Permits/SSS/HDMF/PHILHEALTH/SEC)
- Supervise and review the work of accounting staff (AP, AR, and General Ledger)
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor and reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
- Improve accounting processes and implement best practices
- Train and evaluate accounting staff performance
- Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
