Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervises and checks the work of finance personnel
- Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports, supporting schedules, and other management reports.
- Reviews tax returns and supporting schedules for withholding tax, VAT, and ITR before filing.
- Ensures compliance with filing and payment requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintains and ensures accuracy of accounting systems and record‑keeping.
- Monitors and checks the company’s referral fees computation and payments.
- Monitors compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Participates in monthly KPI discussions.
- Helps in the preparation of finance document processes.
