About the role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this is a challenging full-time position responsible for duties that include job cost accounting, royalty processing, managing accounts payable and general ledger transactions for the company's operations in the Central Region of Singapore. The role will be focused on the digital transformation processes of various functions in the department. The role is based in our office in Kallang Way.
What you'll be doing Process and record supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Responsible for accuracy of job cost accounting, inventory information and records Responsible for royalty database maintenance, payment of royalties and attending to related matters Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to address any queries or issues Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions Assist or lead dig...
