Position Summary
TheFinance Team Lead - Mutual Fund provides leadership and oversight for the team supporting Global Asset Management and its high-net-worth product lines. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, ensuring operational excellence, mitigating risk, achieving client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor serves as the primary link between team execution, client expectations, and operational management.

- Team Coverage Management: Oversee scheduling, time-off requests, absences, and workload redirection to ensure adequate coverage.
