About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) practice in Singapore. In this role, you will lead client programs, advise senior finance leaders, and drive end-to-end finance transformation. You will play a key part in shaping client relationships, developing new opportunities, and ensuring delivery excellence, while also mentoring teams and building the next generation of leaders.
What you will do:
Lead and deliver large-scale finance transformation programs, from strategy through execution. Partner with CFOs and senior finance executives to design and implement future-ready finance operating models, including Shared Services, Global Business Services, and digital finance solutions. Oversee finance process re-engineering (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A) to improve efficiency, governance, and performance.
