Overview

Senior Associate – Finance Transformation (Consulting services). Work alongside CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, and Finance leaders to optimize finance functions, leveraging technology, AI, and modern finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and deliver business‑led, technology‑enabled projects to fulfill client needs for Finance Transformation services.
  • Prepare and participate in workshops with key finance stakeholders.
  • Deliver Finance Transformation engagements, including: Finance ERP implementations (SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Oracle); Finance vision and Target Operating Model design; Finance processes assessment and re‑engineering; AI‑enabled acceleration of engagements.
  • Support engagement managers/directors/partners in managing risk, economics, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Prepare deliverable content, ensuring quality meets PwC and client expectations.
