The finance and accounting manager leads the preparation of financial and business analyses, supporting key areas including: O&M expense, capital expense, business planning, workforce, regulatory filings and discovery, general accounting, month-end close activities, and business support for internal client organizations. Manages priorities and workload for a team of financial analysts, and oversees their performance through coaching, mentoring, and supervision.
