Responsibilities- Manage staff leave records, medical certificates, attendance, and related HR documentation accurately to maintain compliance
- Maintain and organize employee records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks to support the HR team’s daily operations
- Perform basic finance and accounting administrative tasks using the Xero finance application to support financial accuracy
