We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions.
- Document all interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
Schedule and Training
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays. Paid training on financial processes and systems.
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred).
- Strong English communication.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability.
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
