Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
- General ledger reconciliations and month-end processing.
- Tax calculations and submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax).
- Assisting clients with financial reporting and accounting queries.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation.
- Liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies where required.
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to clients.
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
- Completed SAIPA Articles/Traineeship will be highly advantageous.
- 35 years' accounting experience within an accounting practice or consulting environment.
