Principle Accountabilities:
~ Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
