Key Responsibilities: Prepare & review financial statements and management accounts for property portfolios Perform month-end reporting, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis Ensure IFRS and tax compliance Oversee VAT, income tax, and compliance reporting Manage cash flow, fixed assets, and audit preparation Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions Skills & Requirements: BCom in Accounting , Finance , or related qualification Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Financial Accountant Property industry experience advantageous ERP or property management system experience Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Apply Now!
