Our client, operating within the renewable energy sector, is seeking a technically strong Financial Accountant to take ownership of core reporting and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual financial statements in line with applicable standards
- Manage VAT and tax calculations, submissions, and compliance
- Process journals and perform detailed reconciliations
- Compile and analyse income statements and balance sheets
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Assist with month-end and reporting processes
- Support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
Experience:
- BCom Accounting degree
