Financial Accountant - 8-Month Contract
Our client, one of South Africa's FMCG favourites, is looking for a Financial Accountant for an 8-month contract position at their office in Pinetown.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas:
- Review of supporting documents and releasing of online payments
- Assisting with preparation of the interim and year-end financial statements
- Assisting with preparation of supporting workings to the financial statement process
- Assisting with technical research - IFRS matters
- Assisting with the IFRS 9 workings
- Assisting with the IFRS 16 workings
- Assisting with preparation of banking covenant calculations
- Assisting with Investor relation queries
- Provide support to the group treasury function
